Return & Refund Policy

When purchasing with a credit card:

• Cancellation Policy An order cannot be canceled unless a mutual agreement is made between the customer and Pixela.
• The customer cannot return the value of the card. The customer can exchange the products he ordered once with another product.
• The customer can replace the products he received once with the same product in the event that there are defects in the order.
• The customer must inform Yallacheese of his desire to exchange or cancel the order within 2 hours of completing the order by phone.
• Delivery: Upon completion of the payment process, the customer can access the purchased content directly.
